New opportunity not to be missed! Tchibo Coffee International has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Retentions Executive to join our friendly team based at our Head Office in Epsom. Joining us on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a salary of £20,000 plus bonus of OTE £550 per month and benefits.

Tchibo Coffee Service came to the UK in 1991 as part of an international growth programme. The company now offers a wide variety of products across the UK for a wide range of customers such as hotels, the convenience and forecourt sector, commercial offices and contract catering.”

As the Customer Retentions Executive you will be responsible for handling customer base churn, actively calling non buying customers and increasing buying patterns and researching cancellation notifications and retaining profitable accounts.

Key activities of the Customer Retentions Executive:

- Handling the customer contract cancellation process

- Inbound Customer Complaint Calls

- Dealing with escalated issues that may result in a lost customer

- Creating pro-active ideas to reduce the customer losses

- Reporting on reasons for customer losses and activities to reduce

- Liaising with field colleagues to handle potential customer losses

- Following call quality criteria to deliver Tchibo style on inbound/outbound calls

Skills and experience required by the Customer Retentions Executive:

- Customer Services and Telesales experience

- Competent in all Microsoft Office packages specifically outlook, excel and word

- Good working knowledge (as per company benchmarks) of Company core products, Coffee’s, Teas & Juices.

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Disciplined with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines

- Effective communicator

- High standards of personal administration

- Able to multi-task effectively

- Willing to take on a varying range of duties

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
