Project Planner Location: Medway, Kent Contract type: Permanent Salary: £40-50k basic (dependant on experience) Randstad CPE contact: Haseeb Kaiser - Maidstone branch A well respected regional contractor have an opportunity for a Construction Project Planner to join their well established sector that is currently experiencing an exciting and sustained period of growth. The existing team have a proven track record of successfully delivering a wide variety of projects including Commercial, Housing and Civic regeneration to the highest quality. Typical Project Values between £25k -£2m Responsible for: Demonstrable experience of identifying and assessing delay Ability of creating and implementing programs which incorporate the planning requirements of the contract Developing programs, monitoring and updating progress, progress reporting, plus reviewing programs in existence Requirements: The successful candidate will be working closely with the commercial and production teams to ensure the programme is delivered on time and on budget. Have a pro-active approach and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams. Driven and highly motivated individual. Experience with working on new build, commercial and residential, renewable energy, regeneration and refurbishment projects within a main contractor. Literacy of working with planning software is ideal although not essential.
