(Full Time & Part Time)

GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 basic + commission (Full Time rate - Part Time = Pro Rata basis)

Do you currently work within estate agency, but are seeking a fresh challenge? Connells Estate Agents are currently recruiting Senior Negotiators / Sales Managers (Full Time & Part Time) to join the South East's most successful new homes sales team in our New Homes Sales Centre in Gatwick.

As part of The Connells Group, one of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services providers in the UK, with a network of over 580 branches nationwide, the Group combines residential sales and lettings expertise with a range of services including new homes, land & planning, mortgage services, surveying, conveyancing and more!

Key Responsibilities:

Handling customer enquiries and utilising a variety of marketing material from brochures through to interactive digital displays, to present our client's new homes developments.
Build confidence with potential home buyers with a view to securing reservations on our client's new homes.
Create and manage a database of customer enquiries.
Manage the sales process from securing reservations through to exchange of contracts and completion.
Work with our clients and Connells management team to implement marketing initiatives for client's developments.

About you:

Previous estate agency or new homes experience essential.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Customer focused with excellent verbal communication skills.
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Full time: Hours: 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, Saturdays 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. - five day working week.
Part time: Hours: Saturdays & Sundays 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Mondays 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. - three day working week.
