My client is looking for a Temporary Administrator for a fun and busy office based in peacehaven. This is an exciting new role that has come up due to expansion and the company growing quickly. The role is a support role for the office dealing with all administration.
This company is easily accessible by bus and there is parking close by.
The main characteristics you will need are:
- Good communicator
- Ability to work under pressure
Your daily tasks will be:
- Updating property managers and clients for appointments
- Checking and uploading completed photographs to bespoke system
- Data entry
- General administration tasks
- Answer the phone and take messagess
