The Opportunity

This role is part of the Business Services function and reports to a Legal PA Manager. Legal PAs will support partners and fee earners in a practice group and will work with our Legal Admin Assistants and the Document Support Unit (DSU).

You will provide a first class PA service to various partners, associates and trainee solicitors in the Non-Contentious Construction team.

This is a permanent role.

Who we're looking for

You will have a can-do, positive and proactive approach to tasks and situations, as well as requests for action outside normal scope of duties. Ability to take personal responsibility and remain calm under pressure is essential.

You will be professional, diligent and able to exercise tact, discretion and independent good judgment in relation to sensitive and confidential matters.

The role entails a great deal of complex diary management and billing management. Good experience of billing systems will be hugely advantageous.

The right candidate will be friendly, co-operative and approachable at all times. You will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
