Fulfilment Team Leader
Our client are looking for a highly motivated self-starter, who will work within the ecommerce team, to drive the future growth and success of the brand and will ensure high levels of customer service are maintained by efficient and effective management of the Fulfilment Centre Team. Reporting into the Fulfilment Manager, you will ensure that the processing of customer orders are carried out to agreed service levels and by planning for successful execution of daily tasks, this role will ensure that current targets are met and that future growth within this business is achievable.
The successful candidate must have prior experience of working within a fulfilment/e-fulfilment environment, in a supervisory or managerial capacity. A strong approach to people management and an understanding of the importance of motivating the team to deliver exceptional levels of customer service are also a must.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is highly organised. You must have a good understanding of stock control processes and previous experience of working within a fulfilment environment, in a customer facing role is a must.
