We are recruiting an experienced Trust Fundraiser to assist the Trusts Manager to develop relationships and generate income from charitable trusts for a large, well know national Social Welfare charity. This is a 6-month FTC.The charityA well-established national social welfare charity who recently celebrated their centennial year. The RoleMaintain and develop existing relationships with charitable trusts in order to secure their continued funding in the future. Including the writing of applications, newsletters and thank you letters.Work alongside the Research Assistant to investigate and make approaches for new potential funding from trust and foundation organisations. Assist the Trusts Manager and work with external agencies on special projects ensuring commitment across the organisation in order to secure financial backing for capital and other projects. Monitor performance against a set budget, ensuring the achievements of targets and key performance indicators Manage and report on trust and foundations performance through Raisers Edge, providing relevant and informative information as required. The CandidateExperience of researching and writing grant applications for charitable trusts and foundations Successful track record of achieving targets in Trusts and Foundations fundraising Experience of engaging and building relationships with trusts and other funders.
