As a charitable organisation, we rely on public support to enable us to fund our work to Save Nature. As the South East Membership Development Manager, you will lead and develop a regional face-to-face fundraising team who promote the work of the RSPB to members of the public in an enthusiastic, passionate and persuasive way with the aim of recruiting new members at events and venues across the South East (covering Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and London).

You will be responsible for the team's delivery against KPIs, budgets and forecasts. You will also need to be able to think on your feet and remain calm and focused under pressure, with the ability to embrace change.
