Sales Manager needed with to help Land and expand' enterprise customers in the residential property market with a next-generation SaaS platform.
This is a challenging role that isn't for the faint-hearted, so serious experience in taking proven ERP, property management, BI or Analytics solutions to enterprise customers is essential.
You will need to show confidence and credibility managing multiple stakeholders throughout a new business sales process, developing long-term relationships from executive level down.
This US based high-growth vendor has established a London hub from which to create and expand a new EMEA enterprise sales team.
The task is simply to identify and win high value opportunities by introducing new software capabilities and BI, alongside disruptive big data solutions and a compelling business case.
As a leading vendor in the US, we will be supporting our new sales effort in the UK with marketing, exhibitions and experienced pre-sales support.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales engagement process
Influence and implement a sales plan targeted at residential landlords and operators of more than one residential tenure (Build-to-rent, student, social housing etc)
- the marketing team to refine a targeted and real prospect database to feed an expanding sales funnel
- the pre-sales consultants to deliver succinct and impactful presentations of a range of software solutions
- the commercial team to produce insightful and competitive sales proposals
Create and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Effectively communicating and sharing these needs and the proposed solutions with your colleagues in the business team
Produce sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify market shifts and opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager for enterprise software solutions
Consistently meeting or exceeding sales revenue targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the prospects organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise (Real Estate an advantage)
