A unique fixed-term opportunity has come up to join our sales team as a private Property Sales Negotiator. If you've got private residential sales experience and are keen to work for a company with a social purpose, join us.

Notting Hill Housing exists to provide good quality housing to those who otherwise couldn't afford it our private sales team sells great homes so we can reinvest our surplus in building more affordable homes. We are inspired by the impact we can have and are passionate about creating a better London - you will be too.

Join us as a Property Sales Negotiator and you'll play a key role in delivering our exciting private sales programme, working with a Sales Agent to sell over 300 units per year. We have a fantastic portfolio of properties to sell off plan, so you'll be working with clients ranging from first time buyers to investors.

If you want to join a team that generates over GBP70m of income (surplus) annually, you'll need to bring residential sales experience (preferably on site property sales) and be confident, commercially astute and comfortable delivering against targets.
