Hours: Minimum 22.5 hours per week (3 days out of 7, Monday-Sunday, inc Bank Holidays)

Salary Pro Rata GBP14,720 p.a. + performance related bonus

As an Assistant Manager, you will bring superb retail and customer service skills, visual creativity and a flair for fashion. This role is based in Storrington at one of our most successful St Barnabas charity shops.

Responsibilities include:-

Delivering excellent customer service, assisting in managing a team of staff and volunteers, stock control, visual merchandising, daily cash handling and banking, ensuring the staff, volunteers, the shop and the site are safe and secure. Responsibility for all aspects of the business in the absence of the manager.

Location:-

The post is based in Storrington, but involves regular travel to the hospices, Retail Distribution Centre and to other shops in Sussex. The role may involve managing and supporting in other shops as requested.
