Marketing Communications Specialist (B2C)
Our client, based in Surrey, is currently recruiting a Marketing Communications Specialist to join their marketing team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for proof reading all of the customer focused literature, both online and offline, and liaising with stakeholders to amend documents in line with regulations and improving customer journeys.

. You will be supporting the manager with roadmaps for communication changes
. Customer journey mapping across online and offline content
. Day to day management of a business-critical print supplier and multi-million pound budget
. Be a key member of cross-functional project teams delivering regulatory and business change
. drive improved customer experience through the content of customer communications and customer journey touchpoints
. Proof reading documents from a customer perspective
. Set up workshops to discuss amendments with stakeholders
. Identifying opportunities for cross selling the company's products within the literature
Key skills and experience:
. Experience of reviewing B2C documentation both online and offline
. Ideally have a print background ie postal letters, leaflets etc
. Supplier management experience and managing supplier contracts
. Keen attention to detail
. Process driven and methodical in your work
. Strong skills with MS Office suite
. Confident to implement changes and effect change
