Renowned for working on high end residential and commercial properties, this Epsom based role encompasses all that an aspiring Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor needs to progress within their career and achieve MRICS chartership. Their services include: - Pre-acquisition building surveys - License to Alter - Condition surveys - Defect diagnosis The Role The successful Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor will be undertaking a diverse role which will include elements of both building surveying and project management. The focus of this role will be supporting both the building surveying team and the project management team. Duties in this role will include, but aren't limited to: - Scheduling and clarification of project information - Design and maintain client databases - General administrative support - Design and Specification - CAD drafting - Coordinating meetings - Business Development The Successful Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor This is a unique opportunity to work for a consultancy that have developed a significant reputation when it comes to high end residential development.
