Senior Building Surveyor Expanding Commercial Property Consultancy - Varied Portfolio of Clients - Crawley - Senior Building Surveyor An expanding Commercial Property Consultancy with offices throughout the South East are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor (1-5 years PQE) currently working for a Private Practice/Consultancy to join their dynamic Building Surveying team. If you're a Senior Building Surveyor ideally looking to avoid the Central London commute whilst working within a forward-thinking, down-to-earth Building Surveying team, this opportunity is ideal. The Company This Consultancy were formed over 10 years ago and predominantly work within the Commercial sector alongside Investors, Occupiers and Developers whilst carrying out the full remit of Building Surveying competencies from Projects up toe £25m to Dilaps and Due-Diligence. The Role The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have an extremely varied job role and be given the opportunity to work on a variety of Commercial Properties including offices, retail and industrial. You will also be given a typical 50:50 split between Professional and Project based work - Building Surveys - Dilapidations - Pre-acquisition Surveys - Due-Diligence - Party Wall Matters - Defect Diagnosis - Schedules of Condition - Project Management up to £25m - Contract Administration The Successful Senior Building Surveyor - Minimum 1 year PQE experience - Seeking a balanced Professional/Project based Building Surveying role - MRICS essential - MSc/BSc in Building Surveying - Committed to career progression - Strong communication skills both internally and with clients - Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised In Return - Up to £65,000 - Performance based bonus scheme - Pay reviews every 6 months - Private medical care - 25 days' holiday Bank Holidays - Open-plan, modern, Crawley based office - Contributory Pension (up to 5%) - Professional subscriptions accounted for Ref:1914
