Lloyd Recruitment Services the East Grinstead Branch have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join a well-established Wholesalers located in Crawley. Our client is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their busy team. The role is business to business and entails business development, handling enquiries, dealing with tenders, making sales, processing orders and building good relationships with their customers. This is primarily an office based role, however some site visits will be required. Full product training will be provided. £23,000 – £25,000 per annum DOE Company benefits and salary review after 3 months service. Hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. Responsibilities · Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities. · Cold calling potential customers and building relationships. · Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly. · Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s. · Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information. · Working closely with other teams to develop new business. · Researching the market and identifying potential target customers. Requirements · Previous new business experience · Proven track record of bringing in new business and a natural ability to drive sales. · Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. · Well organised with previous experience using CRM systems. · Clear communication skills with a bright telephone manner. · IT literate including spreadsheets. · Driving Licence.
