A market leader within the Employee Benefits consultancy market are currently recruiting for an experienced Claims Account Manager with a background within the Group Risk field to join their successful business on a permanent basis; to provide accurate administrative support, claims assessing services and consulting advice to a portfolio of clients relating to Income Protection, Critical Illness and Life Assurance schemes. This is an ideal role for candidates already working within the Group Risk field (or across the wider Employee Benefits market) - either as an Account Manager, Claims Assessor or Administrator. If you want to work for an engaging, growing firm - one who is known for their staff retention and offering genuine opportunities for advancement - then this is an ideal role for you To be successful in this role, applicants will need to have proven experience of working in a similar claims management/assessing Administrator, Assessor or Account Manager role within the Group Risk field. You should also be articulate, with a good eye for detail and a proactive attitude to your work; be comfortable communicating and building lasting relationship with a whole host of internal and external stakeholders (inc. senior management teams, insurers and claimants directly), and having the GR1 qualification would be advantageous.
