Route One

BHT's Route One Project provides mental health and housing related support to clients in Brighton and Hove. Route One has 8 houses offering a range of self contained and shared accommodation. The service offers support to 60 clients who require accommodation and support to prepare them to move on to an independent or less supported environment in the future

Temporary Contract covering Maternity Leave

4% employer's pension contribution (the level of this is reviewed annually).

Annual Leave entitlement starts at 25 working days

The Administrator will be responsible for the telephone reception of the Route One project, together with monitoring rent and petty cash. To co-ordinate all maintenance across the eight properties and the office, and to be responsible for creating and maintaining rent accounts on the system. To maintain the client database and various administrative tasks as required.
