Role summary

To work within the Property team on Shop and Facilities Management. Supporting the Facilities & Maintenance Manager with overall administration responsibilities for retail maintenance to ensure legal compliance. Supporting the construction department with procurement of material, placing orders and processing invoices.

This position is part time, working 3 days a week (Wednesday-Friday).

What you will be doing

* Logging and actioning of all reactive maintenance across the White Stuff Estate
* Reporting and updating stakeholders of maintenance issues across the Estate
* Maintenance Support including Statutory and PPM Administration
* Management of 3rd party contractors to ensure highest levels of service
* Co-ordination of documentation & remedial works to meet H&S and compliance obligations
* Support the delivery of maintenance sponsored projects
* Administration support to Construction Department
* Retail Estate utilities contract administration
* Insurance liaison & claim management
* WS Estate management liaison
* Censor check and process invoices
* Reception and Post room cover
* Deputise for Facilities Coordinator during annual leave
* Any other duties as required

What you will need

* Experience of working in an office environment providing overall Facilities and Maintenance service to HO, DC and /or Retail branch network
* Pragmatic and good communication skills
* Awareness and understanding of health and safety is a benefit
* Good organizational and planning skills
* Proven administration skills
* Great people skills
* Good telephone manner
* A good pro-active approach with ability to meet timescales and deadlines
* A "Can Do" attitude
