Administrator / Tunbridge Wells / GBP20-21k DOE
My client, a manufacturing company based in Tunbridge Wells, are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is a rare opportunity to join an established organisation in a varied and exciting administrative role.
You will be involved in handling projects, seeing them through from initial enquiry through to development of the order. This is a customer facing role, where you will handle customer enquiries, preparing their quotations and liaising with them on their order. You will handle all aspects of an order through to booking production and arranging delivery. You will also be responsible for any ad-hoc administrative duties as required, and generally provide support to the sales team.
This is a fast paced and varied role requiring someone with excellent customer service and account management skills and the ability to manage a large workload and effectively prioritise tasks. You will have experience working in a sales administration based role, ideally handling projects. Any interest in design would be an advantage although this isn't essential.
