Job Title- Secretary

Location- Borehamwood

Salary- GBP18,000 to GBP20,000

Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm

Our client requires a bright switched on individual with impeccable written communication and a meticulous methodical approach.


  • You will need experience in Microsoft office software
  • You will be required to type at speed and with accuracy
  • Digital dictation
  • Typing up hand written documents and distributing when necessary
  • Creating letters with and without templates
  • Updating/adding contacts to in-house system
  • Photocopying, filing and scanning
  • Manage daily distribution of post
  • Daily email management
  • File opening
  • Completing bank transfer forms (CHAPS, BACS etc.)
  • Taking telephone calls, dealing with queries where able or otherwise communicating these to staff
  • Updating and reporting to clients on own initiative or upon request
  • Diary Management
  • Submitting expense claims and occasionally arranging travel

Experiences and skills;

  • Skilled in efficiently supporting senior staff
  • Experience as a secretary in the property sector
  • Process orientated and meticulous
  • Thorough and efficient
  • Ability to work as part of a team or using own initiative
