Job title: Entry level Recruitment Consultant for Times Top 100 company
Salary: Up to GBP24,000 basic + OTE Year 1 earnings of GBP35,000 1st year OTE, GBP70k 2nd year OTE, GBP100k+ 3rd year OTE

Recruiting across the Finance, IT, Banking and Digital Technology sectors this company have succesfully excelled to becoming a well-known market leader in their respective niches.
Working with a supportive team of experienced consultants and with tailored training to help you hit the ground running, the internal training team will help give you all the tools and every chance to succeed as a consultant. With responsibility from day one managing the process of sourcing your own candidates through placing adverts, networking, headhunting and referrals of candidates you're in charge of the whole recruitment cycle. Building on your candidate sourcing you have the responsibility to manage the interview, client/candidate relation and negotiation process from the very start. Business development is also a big part of the role and bringing new clients to the business is a large and rewarding part of the consultancy role which you will be able to develop as you learn.
The role is incredibly diverse and the variation within the day-to-day role makes it an exciting opportunity to develop and progress within the company. Progression in this role is completely meritocratic, in other words, the more effort you put in the more money and faster you progress within the company.

Previous Successful candidates have:
- Come from a top 50 university with a 2:2 or above.
- Money motivation and the drive to further their career.
- Natural communication skills both on the phone and in person.
- Come from a sales background or have the ability and interest in moving into a fast paced recruitment and sales role.
- Confidence to be the face of the business when dealing with high net worth clients to build lasting relationships.
