Superb opportunity for an experienced Bid or Tender Writer to join an expanding and busy team in Central London.

Great basic salary of mid 40's and big company benefits.

KEY ACCOUNTIBLITIES

- To effectively project manage the completion of bids & tenders, within defined timescales
- To provide an initial analysis and proposal to the sales team of the direction the bid or tender should take
- Bring together content from various sources to produce a bespoke response for each customer
- Accuracy in completing documents and price elements of bids & tenders
- Support in the administration of various tender portals

- Offer Pre sales support including responses to RFI's and PQQ's
- Create, develop and coordinate a body of corporate responses for the direct sales team
- Provide a day to day interface / help desk function for key account customers and sales executives
- Liaise with, and support, cross functional departments to ensure knowledge is up to date and accurate information is supplied in all responses
- Maintain an up to date awareness and knowledge of the product range including solutions
- Develop and maintain a body of information for tender use
- Carry out other projects/duties as required
- Ensure 100% usage of the company's CRM system, recording and updating all activity as mandated in the CRM procedure
- Attend & participate in meetings as requested
- Maintain close working relationships with members of the Bids and Tender Team
- Utilise the support available from other departments to maximum effect e.g. Marketing, Professional Services, Sales etc
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other functions, focusing on common goals, sharing and support each other
