Customer Success Manager - Cisco Channel Partner

Customer Success Manager - The Role:

  • Tasked with introducing the "Customer Success" model Customer Success model and branded services to partners
  • Ensure that end users gain the benefits of the installed solution, leading to adoption expansion and renewal.
  • contacting end users to help them in the adoption and expansion phase
  • Explaining the process to resellers
  • Working closely one primary vendor

This is the start-up phase of what should become a major service offering for us, with lots of opportunity for advancement and development within the department. However we are in the development phase so we are looking for flexible, self-motivated, driven individuals who are capable of driving a project though to successful conclusion without knowing the path this will take.

Customer Success Manager - The Candidate:

  • History of working within a, sales support, account management or new business focused role
  • Proven history of achieving targets
  • Have a proven track record of working within a target driven sales environment
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Intelligent, motivated and competitive with a positive, driven, mentality
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Desire to work in tech industry with a growing company
