A National Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy are seeking a Chartered (MRICS) Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team in Central London who are working on a variety of exciting projects. Ranging from boutique office fit-outs, prime residential, state of the art medical and healthcare facilities, retail and listed buildings in Central London. The clients themselves include the likes of: Institutional Investors, Developers, Land & Estates, private medical organisations and Universities.

About the Role & Responsibilities of Chartered Quantity Surveyor:

Reporting into the Head of Quantity Surveying and/or an Associate Director, the Chartered Quantity Surveyor will deliver of a variety of projects ranging from GBP1-20m, pre through to post contract. More specifically, current projects will include:

  • GBP20m Student Accommodation
  • GBP1.5m private residential development
  • GBP3m office to residential conversion
  • GBP2.5m office refurbishment

This is a client facing role, and will offer a lot of opportunity to grow relationships with a variety of clients and the progression to move into a Senior role quickly.

Ideal Experience:

  • Quantity Surveying related degree
  • MRICS
  • 4+ years' experience, ideally across a range or projects within the Built environment, such as; commercial, residential and healthcare.

Salary/Package offered:

  • Salary: GBP45-55,000
