The Team

The strategic purpose of the Knowledge Management team is to ensure that all those involved in delivering legal advice to clients have access to the knowledge and information they require to deliver a technically excellent, efficient service; to devise new and innovative ways of sharing that knowledge with clients as part of client relationship management; to input knowledge into the firm's continuous process improvement initiatives around legal service delivery; and to ensure that the firm is harnessing new technology to support those objectives.

The Opportunity

You will have an excellent opportunity to make your mark within our Corporate Finance team and the wider Firm. You will be part of a market leading Knowledge Management (KM) group at a firm where KM and Client Service is a strategic priority.

Who we're looking for

You will be at least five years PQE with expertise in all aspects of Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets, including public takeovers; primary and secondary fundraisings; and familiarity with the Listing Rules, AIM Rules and MAR.

Ideally you will have a couple of years' experience as a professional support lawyer.

You should have the experience and intellect to quickly win the trust of the corporate finance team - and be able to establish good working relationships across the firm and work well under pressure.
