An IT business which has a range of creative products that are experienced by people every day are looking for an Operations co-ordinator to join their dynamic, supportive, and innovative company.
Reporting to the Operations Manager this role will help across a range of areas of the business and is being created through the current incumbent taking a promotion into a project management role.
It will involve liaising with customers, Co-ordinating schedules according to SLA's, organising and instructing engineers around working patterns, ordering logistical bookings, assisting with purchasing stock and compiling reports that will help the project management and sales team.

You should be organised, educated to at least A Level standard and have some experience of working across operational or scheduling roles. You should have exposure to engineers and working with them ideally.
