What's the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with iQ Education?
This entry level position will initially be candidate related and include the following...
Candidate Generation - sourcing, telephone interviews, Application Packs, F2F interviewing qualified candidates, feeding back to Recruitment Consultants on candidates sourced
Database management - Creating, maintaining and updating candidate records
Candidate management - keeping up to date with candidates availability and requirements
- Sales Support - Job adverts and applications, advert chasing, formatting CVs, vetting and safeguarding, mail outs, brochures, filing and other administration
Career progression will be to move into a 360 Recruitment Consultant business developing new clients, account managing and matching candidates to roles making placements. This role in turn may lead to Senior Consultant, Team Leader, Sector / Division Manager, Branch Manager and beyond. All depending on ability, success, achievement and drive.
What previous work experience is required?
People who are keen to learn and have the right personal attributes will always be welcomed into iQ Education.
Whilst previous recruitment industry experience is not essential, a background of work in any customer service and target driven environment would be a distinct advantage for starting a career in recruitment. That includes a teaching background.
