COMPANY BACKGROUND:
My client, a prestigious property development and refit company, based in the West End of London is seeking a Project Administrator/document controller to work on site. This company strives for the upmost from their employees. The company are looking for someone who is highly pro-active to join their innovative team within a progressive organisation.

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
This role is a temp to permanent position and will be based on site at one of their projects in the West End of London. Your role will be to manage the site in terms of all office/site support.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the office and site your role will be varied. You will be a crucial member of the team and be responsible for the work flow and all administration. The duties will include:

*Setting up and managing the smooth running of the office including ordering equipment, stationery, filing and post

*Establish a system for document control including drawings, specs and other documents

*Record and log all document information

*Arranging meetings and meeting and greeting visitors

*Managing all external suppliers

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
To apply for this role, you MUST have gained relevant experience as a project administrator and document control within construction. You cannot be considered for this role unless you have proven experince of this.
